• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that park information, reviews, or amenity data is accurate, complete, or up to date. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkary and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
